QUESTION OF THE DAY – Inspired by Michael Pollan’s article, my question is. What are your food rules?

Mine:

  • Eat out only once or twice a week
  • Eat as many whole and natural foods as possible
  • Avoid white carbohydrates (white rice, white pasta, white bread)
  • Avoid added sugar
  • And Michael Pollan’s popular motto which many of us have adopted – “Eat Food. Not Too Much. Mostly Plants”
