BF was really craving some Chinese/Vietnamese style food tonight so we decided to go the casual and inconspicuous Vietnamese restaurant Pho Bang. Hee hee. Love the name.
I ordered a bowl of rice noodles and grilled shrimp. There were some veggies hiding underneath.
Smothered in Sriracha of course.
BF got a small bowl of Pho
We made a bit of a mess with the rice
After dinner I treated myself to some Pinkberry on this chilly New York evening
Topped with strawberries, mango and pom
Now I’m just at home watching some dvr’d Gossip Girl. Drrrammmma.

Well, I finally got some of my own. Stay tuned for lots of recipes involving the “Rice of the Prairies” this week!
2) Look what came in the mail!
The meditation DVD I won from Meghan at Making Love in the Kitchen!
Let the meditating begin!
3) It’s the last week of Project Feed Me! – I’ll be writing my thoughts on it at some point this week!

Oh YUM! Vietnamese food and frozen yogurt is my kind of night! All of that white rice is making me drool. I grew up eating white rice, so I can eat piles of it (I do it in moderation of course
)! I love your blog! You have such a terrific energy and I can’t wait to learn more about you!

My kind of night too. I don’t eat white rice too often, but when I do, I love it!
Thanks so much Nicole!
